Metal stamping is a quirky process - letters and symbols will never be completely straight or centered, darkening may be a bit uneven due to varying stamp depth, and stray marks may occur. These are not defects in your piece; they are what makes it unique and one of a kind. :)PLEASE NOTE: This tag is FRONT SIDE ONLY. Please note dimensions [dog tag is 35mm x 19mm]. Our European browns are called “petit gris,” meaning little gray, and the Helix pomatia are “gros blanc,” large white. There are two theories on how the snails came to be in California. Apparently, before the mid-1800s, the state was snail-free. One version of the story is the snails were imported in the 1850s by a Frenchman who wanted to serve them in his restaurant. The Gold Rush crowd, however, wasn’t interested in them and so the disappointed restaurateur dumped his stock and the snails found a home.

The other theory is that the snails came to California as stowaways on grape vines brought by the Spanish missionaries to establish vineyards, However they got here, they needed very little assistance in settling in, Snails are hermaphroditic, having both male and female sex organs, They can’t reproduce on their own, but once two get together, both are soon laying eggs, If they’re flying around in the same place, there must be something ballet keychain, dance keychain, meet me at the barre, personalized initial disc, ballet shoes charm, pale pink bead accent, dan attracting them, If you can figure out what and clear it out, the flies should also move on..
